The Orthodontic Clinic at Roseman University is typically open 9am to 5pm and patients are seen by appointment only.
Complimentary Screening and Consultation
At your complementary screening, and consultation appointment you will be given an evaluation of your teeth and jaws. At this time, if it is determined that you need treatment, a diagnostic records appointment will be recommended to determine the appropriate treatment plan.
Complete diagnostic records typically include a medical/dental history, clinical examination, plaster study models of the teeth, photos of the patient's face and teeth, and X-rays. This information is used to develop a custom treatment plan for each patient.
After the doctor has evaluated your records, we will discuss your treatment with you in detail, including the cost and approximate duration of treatment for your particular case.
Appointments or Treatment Appointments
The appointment when you get your appliances (braces, expanders, etc.) usually takes from one to two hours. You'll then see us at regular intervals 4 to 8 weeks apart for an adjustment, which typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. Due to a full schedule of patients, if you are going to be more than 5-10 minutes late for your appointment please call our office to determine if you will need to reschedule your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, please make sure to notify us immediately.
Payment & Office Policies
The cost of treatment varies and depends on a number of individual factors. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have several payment plans to suit different budgets. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable.
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:
- If payment is made in full at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for full payment of your portion of the fee before treatment begins) that will not be covered by insurance. To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months.
- Typical fees:
Comprehensive Treatment fee $3475
Invisalign Treatment fee $3975
Phase I treatment fee $1668
- For your convenience, we accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
We accept most insurance plans. If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
